And Than.. This micro tutorial ( the image are too much to understand and do this tutorial ) for audacity ( http://audacity.sourceforge.net ), The mission... create a sound fx ( WAVE - .wav ) for a power up move ( increase the powerbar ) for mugen.

Select the the Menù Project and than choose New Stereo Track:

Select the the Menù Generate and than choose White Noise:

Insert the same values of the image for the window White Noise:

Select the the Menù Effect and than choose Normalize:

Insert the same values of the image for the window Normalize:

Select the the Menù Effect and than choose WahWah:

Insert the same values of the image for the window WahWah:

Click the OK button.

Click the play button to listen the final result.
